Right of withdrawal: terms and conditions
Medical Sud s.r.l. recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current law (Decreto Legislativo 206/2005). The deadline to exercise this right is 30 days from receipt of goods . By that date, the customer is required to send email communications to ordini@medicalsud.it To proceed to the return it is necessary that:
- the products are in perfect condition, without any signs of use, cleaning or assembly, with their original box and / or bags, labels, instructions and everything was included. Therefore they should be in the same state in which they were purchased
- the products are not customized or personalized items
- the return form and the sales document (tax receipt / invoice / receipt) are attached and filled in every field
- The returned goods are placed in suitable packaging to ensure integrity during transport
In case of non-compliance of the points listed above, the right of withdrawal decays. The sender also takes charge of every responsibility arising from the resubmission of the product at our office (such as damage, non-delivery, delay).
Within 14 days of receipt of goods, Medical Sud s.r.l. , after check, will credit for the exact amount that the customer has paid for the purchase of ordered goods (included shipping costs of round trip). The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen at time of purchase. In case that, after the return, have not received any updates within 10 working days please contact customer service. If you want to change the product with another it is necessary to return it for a refund and make a new order.
Defective product just received (within 10 days)
In case of defective product, please contact us to present the issue in order to assess whether it is resolvable without the return and, if necessary, Medical Sud s.r.l., in most cases, will make a withdrawal with its courier. In case of shipping by the customer we will recommend an economic with tracking: Medical Sud s.r.l. is not responsible for goods not received or damaged and the refund of expenses incurred has a limit. Under warranty
All products purchased on Medical Sud s.r.l. are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty; this warranty is valid for 24 months from receipt of the goods. However, there are exceptions where the warranty may have lesser or greater duration. The warranty will be applied to products that present defects of conformity and / or operation not evident at the time of purchase. There is no warranty for products subject to usury and / or deterioration. The warranty does not apply in case of incorrect utilization and / or fraudulent of the product, abuse or negligence, alteration of the same and attempts to modify and / or unauthorized repairs. The warranty is personal, therefore applicable to the original purchaser. To obtain repair / replacement of the product, the buyer has to show the receipt or a sales document issued with the order, which has strictly tax value. In the absence of this document / receipt you can not make use of the warranty. Due to the rapid deterioration of the chemical paper used for the issuance of the receipt, Medical Sud s.r.l. recommends the buyer to make a copy so he can retain the ability to meet warranty. Any product reinstated or replaced under warranty, will be covered in turn by warranty for a equal period to the remaining warranty period of the original product. Any repair costs for items not subject to warranty, will be communicated in advance to the buyer via email. The consumer can then decide whether to repair the item or receive it without the latter is adjusted. The return shipping costs for items not subject to warranty are always paid by the buyer. If you can not repair or replace the product, Medical Sud s.r.l. reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value or a partial refund. It is important to install, repair and use the product by following the instructions carefully to avoid damaging the product or involved in accidents.
Submission Errors
In case of incorrect items delivered please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the product.
EXTRA EU countries
If the return is made from non-EU countries please indicate on the outside of the package "Returned goods - failed sale" and the order number. When filling out documents for customs (CN22 and / or CN23) you have to indicate this and attach them outside of the package. Without such information the parcel will return to sender. Before making the return, inquire with their national authorities if there is the possibility of reimbursement of taxes and VAT paid.
